• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s real estate and estate management portfolio.
• Develop and implement long-term plans for property acquisition, development, leasing, and maintenance.
• Oversee estate development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Lead and manage estate teams including property managers, engineers, and facility staff.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, government agencies, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics for estate operations.
