Communications Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and edit press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement.
• Monitor trends, engagement, and metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
• Execute communication strategies and marketing initiatives to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Manage content planning, campaign execution, and brainstorming of creative ideas with internal teams.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Mass Comm., Marketing, or related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in social media and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong understanding of email marketing, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Only candidates based in or close to the location will be considered.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
