Requirements

• A Good Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University (minimum of Second Class Lower Division) with at least seventeen years of post-qualification cognate experience or a Master’s Degree plus at least fourteen years of post-qualification cognate experience.
• Pass the final examination of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
• Pass in the final examination of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
• Membership of a relevant and recognized professional body is mandatory.

Such referees should be able to attest to the Candidate's claim to high academic capabilities as well as to the Candidate's notable uprightness.
• Valid Government-approved ID (Driver's License, National ID, Biometric Page of International Passport) and Medical Certificate of fitness from a Government hospital.
• Two passport-sized photographs.
