- Strong customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and prolect management skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct, coordinate, and plan essential site services, including security, facility maintenance, cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Implement site Sops and operational and administrative policies.
- Handle client/tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure the facility complies with health and safety requirements, legislation, and regulations.
- Perform general sitc administration, including staffing, staff welfare, rota administration, training, and daily reports.
