Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors; ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle confidential/sensitive information with professionalism
- Support planning and execution of company events and stakeholder engagements
Social Media Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook)
- Create engaging content — graphics, captions, videos — that reflects the brand
- Monitor channels, engage followers, and respond to inquiries
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Stay current on industry and social media trends within the oil & gas/B2B space
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 2–3 years' relevant experience in executive support and/or social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
