Description
- We're seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR compliance while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads and communicate HR policies effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
