HR Assistant / NYSC Intern

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic Male HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team with daily administrative and HR operations.
- This opportunity is ideal for a Corps Member, intern, or recent graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Assist with documentation and employee record management.
- Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and HR activities.
- Support attendance tracking and HR reporting.
- Assist with staff communication and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is compulsory
- 0 – 1 year experience (NYSC Corps Members and interns are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
