- Maintain a network layout and record of IP addresses and configurations for each location.
Cybersecurity, Backup and Data Protection:
- Ensure the security of IT systems through data backup, antivirus protection, firewall settings and access control management.

- Manage the issue, return and repair of IT equipment, and collect equipment from exiting staff.
- Identify the IT equipment needs of each location, prepare specifications and obtain quotations for approval, and verify items on delivery.
- Coordinate repairs, warranties and maintenance with vendors, and keep spare parts for critical equipment.
Policy, Documentation and Reporting:
- Support the implementation of the Group’s IT policies, procedures and standards to ensure system reliability, compliance and security.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures for each location for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
