Experienced Foreman
a Leading Energy Solutions Company - Kaplo Africa (4 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to site workers.
- Prepare site reports and communicate progress to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in construction, engineering, energy, power, or related projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Must be willing to work in Kogi State.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
