Executive Assistant to the Lead Partner

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly, depending on experience and capability

Adroit Advisors is seeking a highly organised, discreet and dependable Executive Assistant to the Lead Partner to join our Sagamu office.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Partner, supporting the coordination of communications, appointments, follow-ups, internal matters and interactions with staff, prospective clients and other professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate matters requiring the Lead Partner's attention.
• Receive, record and follow through on instructions.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, calls and correspondence.
• Follow up on outstanding assignments, documents and requests.
• Assist with communication and coordination involving staff and external stakeholders.
• Interface with prospective and existing clients where required.
• Maintain appropriate records and ensure important matters are not overlooked.
• Escalate matters requiring the Lead Partner's decision or direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Law, Communications or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience , preferably supporting a senior executive, founder, partner or professional.
• Candidates with strong relevant experience and a different academic background may also be considered.
