- Ado-Ekiti
- Ilorin
- Ogbomosho/Oyo
Job Summary
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and distribution of Itel Home products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective product visibility and availability across sales outlets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Organize and support trade activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and market reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Retail Sales, or Channel Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be resident in or willing to relocate to the assigned location.
