Passenger Comfort and Safety: Ensuring a comfortable and safe journey for the passenger, which may include adjusting the temperature, providing assistance with luggage, and adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding the passenger's travel arrangements and personal matters. Professionalism and Appearance: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with executives and other individuals. Communication: Communicating effectively with the executive, executive assistants, and other relevant personnel regarding travel schedules, changes, and other logistics. Documentation and Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of trips, mileage, and any other relevant information.
