Responsibilities of an HR Advisor:
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including job description review, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history.
- Processing payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including coordinating new hire paperwork and exit interviews.
