Responsibilities of an HR Advisor:

  1. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
  2. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including job description review, candidate screening, and interviews.
  3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Note: Not less than 4years working experience in the similar role Responsibilities of an HR Administrator:
  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment history.
  2. Processing payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  3. Handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including coordinating new hire paperwork and exit interviews.
