Communication Specialist

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Communication Specialist to lead our internal communications and social media efforts.
- The person will develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our employees, foster a positive work culture, and manage our social media presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Create effective communication strategies for the organization, coordinate external and internal communications flow (newsletters, social media etc).
- Design communication for company-wide announcement and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters).
- Manage and moderate our company's website and social media handles.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Create and curate relevant, informative, and engaging content to drive engagement within the organization.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into their initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and social media channels.
- Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to drive recruitment exercises through available applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and social media.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, social media management, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Technical Skills in the area of graphic, usage of Canva and relevant tools and application.
