Requirements

• Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, OND, NCE in any fields from reputable institutions
• Must possess at least 1 year of cognate experience working as a Front Desk Person.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to parents, visitors, students, and official guests professionally.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, enquiries, and correspondence appropriately.
• Manage appointments, visitor records, and reception documentation.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, printing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Assist with school communication, events, and other duties assigned by Management.
