Digital Market Specialist

Objective

• The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing BUA Foods' digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, enhance online visibility, and support business growth across the Company's portfolio of brands.
• The role leverages digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies to deliver impactful, consumer-centric campaigns that align with the Company's commercial and brand objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals. Planning, creating and optimizing annual digital plans, calendars and campaign roadmaps that meet KPIs across platforms.
• Oversee external agencies, influencers and digital partners while managing the end-to-end campaign performance, budgeting, targeting, creative briefing and reporting.
• Review and approve creative materials, campaign plans and digital deliverables Oversee company website performance, content updates and user experience
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve visibility and rankings Monitor online reviews, brand mentions and customer sentiment.
• Track and measure digital performance using analytic tools
• Ensure optimized set up of all digital platforms
• Plan, buy and manage digital media activities, including paid social, display, search and other relevant digital channels.
• Provide digital expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related discipline. Professional certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot or equivalent).
• Must have 7-10 years' progressive experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated digital campaigns and social media platforms.
