Responsibilties

• Interpret and dispense optical prescriptions accurately.
• Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
• Take facial measurements and fitting measurements for lenses and frames.
• Adjust, repair, and maintain eyeglasses and optical accessories.
• Educate patients on lens types, coatings, contact lenses, and eyewear care.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure proper inventory management of frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical dispensing area.
• Work closely with the Optometrist and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and optical standards.
