Job Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise staff performance.
- Coordinate shifts and schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor food quality and service standards.
- Conduct routine inspections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies.
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Leadership experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality quality assurance is an advantage.
