Store Officer
Priceless Stores and Groceries
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all items delivered to the store.
- Verify quantities and quality of items received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Properly store food items and other materials according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, and returned.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items promptly.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures are followed, especially for perishable items.
- Monitor expiry dates and report products nearing expiration.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store area.
- Ensure proper security of all inventory under your custody.
- Work closely with kitchen, production, purchasing, and teams.
