Job title : Digital Marketing Officer Admissions
Job Location : Benue Deadline : September 05, 2026 Quick Recommended LinksDigital Marketing Officer - Admissions will lead Doviana College’s online student recruitment and brand visibility. You will use digital channels to attract, engage, and convert prospective students into admitted students for NCE, Degree, and other programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL ADMISSIONS MARKETING
Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive student applications for each admission session
Manage Doviana College website, admissions portal, and social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp
Create engaging content: videos, graphics, testimonials, program highlights, admission guides
Run targeted Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads for student recruitment
Manage SEO and ensure the college ranks for “College of Education in Benue”, “NCE admission 2026”, etc.
LEAD GENERATION & CONVERSION
- Respond to admission inquiries via WhatsApp, email, DM, and phone within 24 hours
- Build and manage database of prospective students in CRM/Google Sheets
- Nurture leads with email/WhatsApp broadcasts, follow-ups, and virtual info sessions
- Track conversion rate: Inquiry → Application → Admission → Enrollment
- Support physical and online admission counseling
BRANDING & CONTENT
- Develop digital flyers, admission banners, reels, and success stories of students/alumni
- Cover college events, accreditation visits, matriculation for content
- Collaborate with Academic Departments to market specific NCE programs
- Maintain consistent Doviana College brand voice online
DATA & REPORTING
- Provide weekly/monthly reports: ad spend, reach, inquiries, applications, cost per admission
- Monitor competitors: other Colleges of Education in Benue and North Central
- Use analytics: Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut to optimize campaigns
OTHERS
- Support accreditation exercises by preparing digital evidence and presentations
- Train admission staff on basic digital tools and online communication
- Ensure all digital activities comply with NCCE, JAMB, and NBTE guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : HND / BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Education, or related field
Experience : 2 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or admissions. Experience in the education sector is an advantage
Technical Skills:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO basics
- Canva, CapCut, Photoshop for content design
- Website CMS: WordPress/Elementor
- Google Workspace, CRM tools, Email Marketing: Mailchimp
- WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Google Meet
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Creativity and storytelling skills
- Data-driven and target-oriented
- ICT competence and ability to teach online
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of NCCE admission requirements and JAMB process
- Experience running campaigns for schools/colleges
- Photography and short-form video editing skills
- TRCN registration is an added advantage
