Client Support Personnel

Role Overview
- The Client Support role is a foundational position within Alma's team. You will provide operational support to both the sales floor and the stockroom, ensuring the store runs smoothly, looks great, and that the sales team always has what they need on the floor. This is an excellent entry point for someone looking to build a career in fashion retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock the sales floor promptly from the stockroom, ensuring shelves and rails remain full and tidy
- Handle product transfers between stockroom and floor based on team and management direction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of both the shop floor and the stockroom
- Assist the Inventory Manager with stock receiving, tagging, counting, and filing
- Support Client Advisors with customer service tasks during busy periods
- Ensure changing rooms are clean, reset, and well-maintained at all times
- Carry out general operational duties as directed by the Retail Manager or Inventory Manager
- Uphold the visual and housekeeping standards of the store at all times
Requirements
- No formal experience required, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are the priority
- Physically able to carry out active, standing, and lifting duties throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable, the team counts on you showing up ready
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised space
- A willingness to learn and grow within the retail environment
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction well
Desirable:
- Any prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
- Interest in fashion, styling, or the retail industry
- SSCE or OND qualification.
