Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are recruiting applicants with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
- This job role requires sales, marketing, detailing, and presentation of Medical Textile products which include Sanitary Pads, Cotton Wools, Underlay, Cotton Balls , Nurses Cap, etc to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Hospitals, Distributors and other relevant stakeholders as well as engagement with key institutions.
- The candidate must be currently living in and understand the location advertised. Candidates that meet the requirements should please apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Making presentations to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and relevant Stakeholders regarding our products
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback from the market.
Requirements
- Graduates of Pharmacy or any Medical/Life/Health/BiologicalScience discipline are preferable.
- Applicant must possess at least 5 years post-NYSC experience in Sales and Marketing of Medical Consumables and Pharmaceuticals.
