Inventory & Storekeeping:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming building materials, machinery, and consumables against approved Purchase Orders and waybills.
- Issue site materials strictly against signed Material Requisition Forms (MRFs).
- Enforce Min/Max reorder levels and perform weekly physical stock counts to eliminate shrinkage and waste.
Bookkeeping & Cash Controls:
- Perform Three-Way Matching (PO vs. Goods Received Note vs. Supplier Invoice) prior to posting.
- Accurately tag all expenses, disbursements, and issues to specific project cost codes.
- Manage site petty cash floats, ensuring 100% receipt backing and weekly reconciliations.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain audit-ready digital and physical archives for all GRNs, invoices, delivery notes, and inventory ledgers.
- Coordinate with central finance for vendor balance reconciliati
