Interns work remotely with an international team while developing practical HR skills. Responsibilities Assist with online recruitment and candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. Post job openings on university portals and recruitment websites. Review resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants. Support AI-powered HR processes, including data management and system updates. Collaborate with an international HR team in a remote work environment. Qualifications Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Human Resources, Business, Journalism, Arts, or a related field. Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage. Motivated to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
