Job Summary
- The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting the bank’s products and services to meet assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for the bank’s products.
- Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- NYSC completion/exemption certificate
- Age limit is 35 years or below.
Benefits
- Salary: 150,000 naira monthly plus commission
- Other Benefits: HMO, 13th Month and Leave allowance.
