- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the school.
- Manage correspondence, files and records.
- Receive and attend to parents, visitors and staff professionally.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
- Maintain pupil records and attendance registers.
- Assist with school events and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school's policies and values.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Technology and Management, Education, etc.).
- Previous administrative or school office experience is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic office applications. Organised, reliable, patient and detail-oriented.
