- We are looking for a professional and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team.
- The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Assist with setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or special occasions.
- Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
