Job Summary
- Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff while ensuring all recruitment documentation is completed accurately.
- The role also involves preparing recruitment reports and maintaining excellent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
- Assess candidates' suitability for available roles.
- Coordinate the deployment of successful candidates to clients.
- Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for newly recruited staff.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and employee records.
- Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily.
