Performance Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to monitor, analyze, and improve network performance, operational efficiency, and service quality while ensuring compliance with customer-defined SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage network performance and operational KPIs
- Drive service reliability and reduce SLA violations
- Lead technical teams and improve staff productivity
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate fault management and network optimization activities
- Oversee operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in telecom operations, network performance, or technical operations management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing technical teams and operational performance metrics.
