- This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Akure.
- The Relationship Officer will develop and maintain relationships with clients, manage loan portfolios, and support small and medium enterprises with financial products and services.
- Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills and the ability to nurture and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Finance, including managing loan portfolios and financial solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and achieving organizational targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- OND, NCE, HND, BSC
- Previous experience in the microfinance or banking sector is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
