- We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize diversified portfolios, with a strong focus on Alternative Investments and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage investment portfolios and strategies.
- Evaluate, structure, and execute investment opportunities.
- Oversee private credit and real estate investments.
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends.
- Prepare investment reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure effective risk management and capital preservation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–10 years’ experience in portfolio, investment, or asset management.
- Proven experience in Alternative Investments and Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk and structured investments.
- SEC sponsorship/licensing is strongly preferred.
- Experience with illiquid or semi-liquid portfolios is an advantage.
