Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging, trend-driven posts, stories, reels, and videos that align with the Skinglam brand.
- Monitor content performance and optimize for reach and engagement.
- Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and mentions in a professional and brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with and guide direct sales agents to maximize online conversion.
- Use WhatsApp Broadcast Lists and DMs to follow up with leads and close sales.
- Drive traffic to sales funnels via content, influencer collabs, and story campaigns.
- Promote new product launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns with a clear sales goal.
- Cultivate an online community of loyal Skinglam customers and followers.
- Curate and repost user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, and reviews.
- Host live sessions, Q&As, and product tutorials to boost brand trust and product awareness.
