Social Media Officer

Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X (Twitter), TikTok, Youtube, and other relevant channels.
- Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality text, images, videos, and graphics for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop relevant and engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media platforms and respond promptly to comments , messages, and enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, customers, and online communities.
- Manage feedback and escalate issues when necessay.
- Plan and exceute social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support product launches, events, and brand awareness intitiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higer National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns.
- Experience using social media management and analytic tools.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
