Company: TruckSoft Logistics Limited Reporting Location: Sagamu , Lagos. Gross Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 Job Summary The Maintenance Inspection Officer at TruckSoft Logistics is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance, servicing, inspection, and repair of the company's fleet. The role ensures that trucks, trailers, vehicles, machinery, workshop equipment, and related assets remain safe, reliable, roadworthy, and operational, while minimizing breakdowns, downtime, and maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for trucks, and other fleet equipment based on mileage, operating hours, and company requirements.
- Conduct regular truck inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, tyre, brake, suspension, and other potential faults.
- Monitor recurring truck faults and breakdown trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.
- HND/B.Sc./B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience with fleet maintenance in a logistics or transport company
- Practical experience with heavy-duty trucks and trailers is an advantage.
- Close Proximity to the Reporting Location: Sagamu.
- Experience with some or all of the following would be advantageous: Electronic control units, Vehicle tracking and telematics systems, Sensors and actuators.
