Job Summary
- Online Foodstuff Store Ltd is seeking a diligent, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts team with data entry, documentation, and routine administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter financial and transaction data accurately into company records and systems.
- Assist with filing, sorting, and maintaining financial documents.
- Handle the delivery and retrieval of documents between designated offices and locations as required.
- Support the Accounts team with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and handle company documents confidentially.
Requirements
- A minimum of a degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC, be awaiting NYSC, or currently serving as a corps member.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a responsible attitude.
Experience:
- Entry-level; previous work experience is not required.
