Accountant

Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports,ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in financialdecision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Support internal and external audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in retail/filling station operations and accounting will be an added advantage(Preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
