Small Mammal Conservation Organization (SMACON)
Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, guests, and field equipment between the office and designated locations.
- Navigate routes across core project areas; knowledge of additional routes in Southern Nigeria is an advantage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (NECO/WAEC) or equivalent.
- Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence.
Skills / Experience:
- Defensive driving skills and strong situational awareness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a disciplined approach to vehicle care.
- First Aid certification is an advantage; willingness to undertake training is required.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences within the last 3 years.
