Bank Teller

Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and experienced Teller to handle daily cash and customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a teller, cashier, or similar role.
• The candidate must be proficient in operating the designated business application(One App) and comfortable using it for daily transactions with minimal supervision.
• The candidate must also reside in Egbeda or a nearby location and be able to conveniently commute to the workplace daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, count, and disburse cash while maintaining accurate records.
• Operate the designated business application confidently for daily transactions.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Balance cash and transaction records at the end of each workday.
• Identify and report transaction errors or discrepancies promptly.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain accurate daily records and reports.
• Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Teller, Cashier.
• Proficiency in operating the designated business application.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Egbeda or a nearby area.
• Must be able to commute conveniently to the workplace on a daily basis.
