Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
- The Housekeeper will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to management.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely.
- Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
