Reports to: State Program Manager with technical oversight from the Supply Chain Advisor

Job Purpose

  • Coordinate state-level commodity availability, logistics data use, inventory controls and supply-chain improvement for integrated services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quantification, resupply, storage, distribution and redistribution processes.
  • Review LMIS and stock data; identify stock-out, overstock, expiry and reporting risks.
  • Conduct supportive supervision and coach facility/government logistics teams.
  • Maintain state commodity dashboards, action trackers and evidence files.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, government and technical teams.
  • Support inventory reconciliation, loss prevention and compliance with storage standards.
  • Report supply risks and verify corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; professional registration where applicable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant health supply-chain experience in government or donor-funded programs.

Core competencies:

  • Strong analytical, communication, coaching, stakeholder-engagement and problem-solving skills; ability to use routine data for action and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
