Responsibilities & Duties

  • Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.Fry, steam, or boil meats, fish, and vegetables.
  • Recipe Execution: Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and proper food portioning.
  • Quality Control: Check ingredients for freshness, monitor cooking temperatures, and garnish dishes before serving.
  • Sanitation & Hygiene: Clean and sanitize cooking stations, equipment, utensils, and dishes. Safely handle and store food at appropriate temperatures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock kitchen supplies, and rotate products.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with waitstaff, chefs, and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.
