Investor Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead investor relations and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, AGMs, roadshows, and market communications.
- Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, earnings materials, and regulatory disclosures.
- Support capital raising transactions and monitor market, shareholder, and analyst activities.
- Ensure compliance with NGX, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while providing investor insights to Management and the Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Reporting, or Capital Markets.
Professional qualifications:
- (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIS, Or CIMA) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian capital market, financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility:
- Current experience in a commercial bank.
- Experience in a publicly quoted (PLC) organisation, preferably a listed financial Institution.
