Human Resource Officer (Edo)

About the role
To support human-resource operations, including recruitment administration, records, employee support and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll inputs.
- Support performance, leave and training administration.
- Respond to employee HR queries within policy.
- Support HR compliance and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
Experience:
Experience in an HR or administrative role.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement and supply-chain management
- Negotiation and supplier-management skills
- Inventory and cost-control skills
- Attention to detail and compliance
- Effective communication and coordination
