- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or consulting.
- Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and feedback on recruitment processes.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees with clients.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Match suitable candidates with client requirements and submit shortlists for client review.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather client feedback, and manage the offer negotiation process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities in the database.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to clients and management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups with clients.
