- COREN Registered – Mandatory
- 7–8 years’ relevant experience
- Strong hands-on construction/site/field experience – Mandatory
- Proven experience supervising contractors and construction works
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, construction methods and quality control
- Good knowledge of HSE and Nigerian construction standards
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Real estate/property development experience is an advantage
