HR Officer

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support and coordinate the organization’s human resources activities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, staff welfare, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate staff attendance, leave, performance appraisal, and other HR activities.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee engagement, welfare, and workplace concerns.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience within healthcare environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
