Ravion Hospitalities Limited Location: Lagos Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Reporting To: MD *About Ravion Hospitalities Limited* Ravion Hospitality Limited is a B2B supplier of premium hospitality consumables, including bed linens, towels, pillows, toiletries, laundry bags, hangers, and more, serving hotels, guest houses, Airbnb/short-let operators, and event centres across Nigeria. *Role Overview* We are looking for a result-driven, street-smart Direct Sales Expert to identify, pitch, and close supply agreements with hospitality businesses in your assigned territory. You will be the face of Ravion on the ground, building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting prospects into long-term accounts. *Key Responsibilities* Prospect and visit hotels, guest houses, short-let apartments, and event centres within your assigned territory Pitch Ravion's product range and close supply/procurement agreements Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions Build lasting relationships with procurement officers, facility managers, and property owners Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and client preferences Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Follow up on repeat orders and upsell/cross-sell additional product lines Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as defined by management *Requirements* Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, or B2B sales (hospitality industry experience is a plus) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Familiarity with hotels, short-lets, or hospitality businesses in the target area is an advantage Must own or have reliable access to a mobile device for reporting Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent What We Offer Competitive monthly base salary Performance bonuses Commission on revenue generated above the base target Career growth within a fast-scaling hospitality supply business
