• Bluetti Energy Nigeria Limited is currently recruiting qualified candidates for Photographer / VideEditor position in Bluetti CHQ, Ikeja, Lagos State.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content, managing social media platforms, and driving digital brand engagement through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality visual content, including photographs and videos, for company activities, products, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Execute photand videshoots for company marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
• Edit photos and videos tmeet company branding and communication standards.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content, including Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, interviews, testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Manage company social media platforms by creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across all relevant channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond tcomments, messages, and customer inquiries, escalating issues where necessary.
• Track social media performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvements tincrease reach and engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with company branding guidelines, communication standards, and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and other departments tproduce content for campaigns, product launches, recruitment, and corporate events.
• Operate, maintain, and safeguard photography, videography, lighting, audio, and editing equipment.
• Maintain an organized archive of photographs, videos, and other digital assets for easy retrieval.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, content creation techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information, marketing strategies, unpublished content, and internal communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Media Production, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Photographer, VideEditor, or Visual Content Creator (portfolirequired).
• Hands-on expertise with professional cameras, lighting, audigear, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, content strategy, and performance analytics.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, creativity, and keen attention tdetail.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
