Videographer

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, advertising, events, and corporate communications.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video production equipment.
• Set up and manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment during shoots.
• Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos using video editing software.
• Create short-form content suitable for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and design teams to develop content ideas.
• Capture product demonstrations, customer testimonials, interviews, company events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Able to convert scripts into short lists and work in stores,showrooms, factories, customer sites and outdoor settings.
• Add music, graphics, captions, transitions, voice-overs, and other effects where appropriate.
• Familiar with platform formats,pacing and first-three-second hooks for Tiktok,instagram reel,facebook and Youtube shorts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND, in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience .
• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing softwareand AI toolssuch as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, sound recording, and video production techniques.
• Good communication skills , have strong creative and storytelling abilities. Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.

Remuneration

• Salary : N150,000 - N250,000 / month  (depending on experience)
