Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a leading dental supply company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of dental products and equipment to dentists, dental clinics, and dental laboratories. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the dental industry.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product improvements and promotions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Natural Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
